If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, I ask you to please reach back out to me either by email or by phone within 3 days of delivery to further discuss the issue you are having with your item.
I do not offer refunds on Tumblers or Mugs, but are willing to work with you if there is a discrepancy with your order or shipping.
